Opportunities for Undergraduate Research

Oklahoma State University is 1 of only 146 institutions nationwide to receive a R1 level rating in the Carnegie Classification of Institutions of Higher Education. This designation is reserved for institutions engaging in the highest level of research activity.

 

OSU is currently the sole R1 institution in the state of Oklahoma which has an an office dedicated to supporting undergraduate students interested in pursuing research opportunities, national scholarships, and grants. In addition, OSU offers many valuable programs for students across the university, such as:
